Positano

Positano is the gem of the Amalfi Coast and has a picturesque profile. It is a semicircle of houses set against a bay and characterized by arched porticoes with pastel-colored walls, narrow streets with boutiques selling the famous Postano Style and the Spiaggia Grande with renowned restaurants. Li Galli or the archipelago of the Sirens, located in front of Positano, are composed of three small islets of rock (Gallo Lungo, Rotonda and Castelluccio) and considered the home of the sirens, mythological figures that attracted the sailors with their songs. Pleasant sceneries can be discovered along the pleasant walks like and Monteportuso, a hole in the rock where the Madonna appears to the inhabitants or Nocelle, a stairway of 1700 steps leading to the Path of the Gods. Postano is easily reachable by bus. The journey takes about 35 minutes and the service has a regular schedule. The bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance.
